Return Policy


If you are looking to return/exchange/cancel your order for whatever reason, customer needs to pay for return. You may also be subject to a restocking fee.

Conditions:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You can only apply for return a product if its damaged/broken. 
  • If the return proceeds, returned items must have original tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Once we receive the product the refund will be processed.
  • Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis.
  • Once an order is placed and/or has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. 
  • Returns are only available within 30 days after the order was placed. 
  • You must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange (if this is accepted)
  • HELMETS are not refundable: Due to COVID-19 Helmets are final sale. At this time there is no way to process refund or exchange, please make sure to choose the right size before place your order.

 You can send us an email to: [email protected] with your name and order number and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.
